Matthew 7:24-25 The church is built on the rock that is the wisdom of God. God's wisdom seeks to bring us into community with one another, to work towards treating the neighbor as ourselves, and to draw closer to the love of Christ. This wisdom can often be counter cultural to the wisdom we hear about each day. Wisdom that might be focused more on how to increase your own wealth, how to be a self-made person, or seeks to pass blame onto others.
