By Another Way Sermon | Words for the Beginning | Rev. Amy Beth Coleman
Sunday, January 6th, is Epiphany Sunday. Epiphany, also known as Three Kings Day, is actually January 6th, and it is the last day of the twelve days of Christmas. We, Church with a big C, celebrate Epiphany Sunday on the Sunday closest to January 6th each year. So, this Sunday, January 5th, is Epiphany Sunday and we will traverse with the magi to Bethlehem. They followed a star to Jesus, and so I will invite you to follow a star as well. During the service you will receive a Star Word for 2025 and you are invited to use that word for meditation, prayer, and insight for this coming year. Wanna know what a Star Word is? Show up on Sunday either in-person or online to hear more.
